CCLP has joined over 500 organizations throughout the country calling for an end to the federal government’s policy of separating immigrant children from their families. On June 8, U.S. Senator Ron Wyden (OR) and Senator Patty Murray (WA), joined by 38 other Senators, called on the President to end this “cruel” policy and cited specifically to a support letter that CCLP signed as evidence of the groundswell of opposition to this practice.
